Terms & Conditions

  1. Cancellation Fee: Customers who wish to cancel their bookings are subject to a cancellation fee of 5% of the total transaction amount. This fee is applied to absorb the 3% fee incurred by using Yoco as the payment intermediary.

  2. Notification: Customers must provide written notice of cancellation via email to info@cape360tours.com at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date.

  3. Refunds: Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund of any portion of the payment.

  4. Promotional Bookings: For bookings made under promotional offers, customers must use the specified promotional code and adhere to the defined promotional period as reference.

  5. Change in Bookings: Customers who wish to modify their bookings (e.g., date, time, or services) must contact us at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date. Changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.

  6. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for a booked service without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the entire payment, and no refunds will be issued.
